Installing Hardware

Prior to delivery your will be asked to supply essential information including a list of your employee names and preferred data download method.  We will use this information to program your system including your proximity accessories prior to dispatch.  On receipt you will need to wall mount the clocking terminal, and connect to a power socket and also to your chosen download method (e.g. LAN).  You will then need to distribute your proximity fobs or badges to your employees which they can use immediately.

Installing Software

In most cases your database files would have been pre-prepared by one of our team and a link to download the ClockRite software will be provided by email during the dispatch process.  Once installed you can use the user guide to setup your specific shift rules and employee groups.

We supply a detailed user manual to guide you through the above and also you will have access to the support team should you need any assistance.
