GDPR Information for Clients
ClockRite GDPR Portal
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) has been introduced to harmonise data privacy laws across Europe. It is intended to give EU citizens greater control over when and how their data is processed, and also aims to give them greater privacy and protection from data breaches. GDPR came into effect on the 25th May 2018, and is enforced in the UK by the Information Commissioner's Office. The GDPR applies to organisations of all shapes and sizes, and likely touches every area of business in some way.
MIMS Ltd (ClockRite) is committed to the principles of data privacy and security. We want to give you peace of mind at every stage of contact with us; from initial enquiry through to implementation of a time & attendance system in your organisation.
With that in mind we’ve put together this GDPR Portal so you can easily access key facts about our GDPR compliance, as well as information and advice on how to factor a ClockRite System into your own GDPR compliant policies and procedures.
